    Terms of Service

    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using the services of Tourism Window LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

    2. Services Provided

    Tourism Window LLC provides:

    • International training program coordination for USA destinations
    • Institutional visit arrangements and study tours
    • Government delegation logistics support
    • Travel planning services including flights, hotels, and transportation
    • Visa support and documentation assistance
    • On-ground coordination and concierge services

    3. Booking and Payment

    3.1 Booking Process

    All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

    3.2 Payment Terms

    • A deposit is typically required to confirm your booking
    • Full payment must be received before travel commencement
    • Payment schedules will be outlined in your booking confirmation
    • We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods

    3.3 Pricing

    All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and booking is confirmed.

    4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    4.1 Cancellation by Client

    • Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: 75% refund
    • Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
    • Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund
    • Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund

    Note: Certain services (flights, hotel deposits, visa fees) may be non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.

    4.2 Cancellation by Company

    We reserve the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative program.

    5. Travel Documents and Requirements

    It is your responsibility to:

    • Hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond your return date
    • Obtain necessary visas and entry permits for the USA
    • Comply with health and vaccination requirements
    • Maintain adequate travel insurance
    • Provide accurate information in all documentation

    While we provide visa support services, we cannot guarantee visa approval. Visa fees are non-refundable regardless of approval status.

    6. Health and Safety

    Clients are responsible for assessing their physical fitness for program activities. Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements at the time of booking.

    7. Liability and Insurance

    7.1 Our Liability

    Tourism Window LLC acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transportation companies, training institutions). We are not liable for:

    • Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
    • Loss, damage, or injury arising from services provided by third parties
    • Delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines or other carriers
    • Force majeure events including natural disasters, political instability, or health emergencies

    7.2 Travel Insurance

    We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, evacuation, and personal belongings.

    8. Conduct and Behavior

    Clients are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if a client engages in:

    • Illegal activities or violation of local laws
    • Disruptive, offensive, or dangerous behavior
    • Conduct that jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of other participants

    9. Intellectual Property

    All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and materials, is the property of Tourism Window LLC and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

    10. Privacy

    Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

    11. Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or your use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the United States.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
